At Org Care, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Our refund policy varies based on the type of service or product provided.
1.1 Consulting Services
For consulting services, refunds may be issued if the service has not yet been performed or if we were unable to deliver the agreed-upon service. Once consulting services have been delivered, refunds are generally not provided as these services consume time and resources that cannot be recovered.
1.2 Medical Treatment and Procedures
For medical treatments and procedures:
- If the treatment is canceled before it begins, a refund may be provided after deducting costs associated with consultation and preparation.
- For treatments in progress, refunds are limited to the portion of treatment not yet completed, less any costs already incurred.
- For completed treatments, refunds are not provided unless the treatment fundamentally fails to meet the agreed-upon medical standards.
1.3 Subscription Services
For ongoing subscription-based services:
- Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel at any time, but refunds are not provided for the current billing cycle.
- Annual subscriptions: Refunds may be provided for the unused portion of the subscription, less a 15% administrative fee.
2. Digital Products and Software
For digital products, including software solutions, medical data dashboards, and patient engagement platforms:
- Refunds may be issued if technical issues prevent usage and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.
- If you have accessed, downloaded, or used the digital product, refunds are generally not provided.
- Free trials should be used to evaluate suitability before purchase.
3. Medical Consumables & Devices
For consumables and medical devices supplied through Org Care:
- Unopened and unused items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, subject to inspection.
- Opened or used consumables cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
- Defective devices may be eligible for replacement or refund upon verification.
4. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Refunds
For services covered by a Service Level Agreement (SLA), refunds or service credits may be available if we fail to meet the agreed-upon service levels. Please refer to your specific SLA for details on:

- Process for claiming SLA-related refunds
SLA refunds or credits are typically limited to a percentage of the fees paid for the affected service during the relevant period.
5. Cancellation Policy
For project-based services:
- Cancellation before work begins: Full refund less a 10% administrative fee
- Cancellation after work begins: Refund for uncompleted work less costs incurred and a 15% administrative fee
For scheduled services (training, consultations, etc.):
- Cancellation more than 7 days before scheduled date: Full refund
- Cancellation 3-7 days before scheduled date: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 3 days before scheduled date: No refund
6. Exceptions
We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. Org Care management reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Factors that may be considered include:
- Customer relationship history
- Circumstances beyond the customer's control
- Technical issues on our part that impacted service delivery
- Other relevant factors specific to the situation
