Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the website orgtata.shop (the "Service") operated by Orgtata, a specialized IT wing of TATA MOTORS LIMITED ("us", "we", or "our").

2.1 Service Content

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Orgtata and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Orgtata.

2.2 User Content

When you upload content to the Service, you grant Orgtata a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute it in any media. This license exists only for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

3. Service Provision and Payments

3.1 Service Description

Orgtata provides various IT services as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.

3.2 Fees and Payment

Certain services provided by Orgtata may require payment. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service.

3.3 Service Level Agreements

For certain services, Orgtata may offer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that define the expected level of service. These SLAs form a part of these Terms and Conditions. We strive to meet or exceed all SLAs but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Orgtata, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

2. any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
3. any content obtained from the Service; and

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
